Well, I can do it that way, but I prefer not to. Sometimes they will try to kind of just like the ghost movie, they'll kind of try to pop in to my person, and I prefer that they not do that. I usually send them back out, and I just instead listen to them, so yeah. I do do that occasionally for people that can have some healing, you know, from hearing from a loved one. I can also do it for people that are living, which is maybe a little different than something your audience has heard of before. But for instance, I was working with a mom who had a little girl who had never spoken before, she was four years old, and she was beginning to really get worried because the little girl hadn't verbalized anything yet, and so I was able to just tap into the little girl's consciousness with her permission. I asked permission of the little girl's soul if I can connect with her consciousness, and if I get permission I get a yes, and nine times out of 10 I get a yes. Then I can just hear her thoughts and the words, and so I just shared with her mom. I basically channeled to her mom what the little girl wanted to say, and it was a really deep comfort to the mom. So what I've kind of accidentally learned, like one of the benefits of, like, I never wanted to be a channeler, it wasn't like on my bucket list of things I wanted to do, I loved my work, I was a teacher and a music teacher when I started channeling, and I appreciated channeling a lot, like I learned a lot from a lot of the channelers that you have here, and they'd been really significant in my spiritual walk, but it wasn't like something I ever thought I would want to do, but what I've, that's kind of helped me not really having a lot of background knowledge about it, because I haven't had a lot of ideas about what I can and can't do with it, and so what I've learned accidentally through experience is basically I can connect to any consciousness in the body, out of the body, a human soul, an angelic soul, an animal soul, interstellar soul, just through intention, and there are times when I get a no, and it's because that soul doesn't want to communicate, but that those times are really rare. It's pretty easy just to set an intention and merge with any consciousness, especially like here, where you have a particular love and honoring for certain masters that have been really important to your process and your journey, it's almost like there's like a lighthouse or beam of light or a magnetic attraction, you know, it just makes it particularly easy for me to to channel,

So when, so in other words, if someone else asks you for a Baba G, maybe they don't have the same intention or connection that I have with, obviously, with Baba G. There's a giant Baba G over there as well, things like that, because so it's a lot easier.

Like, we have a friend who is a follower of the current Baba G, and he's very devoted, and so anytime he comes in the room, I can instantly feel the presence of his master Baba G, and can generally channel him for for our friend. And another example would be an Edgar Casey kind of taught me this when he was a little boy. He struggled a lot with schoolwork, and his dad actually beat him senseless if he didn't make good grades on his spelling tests, and so on. So one time, actually, when his dad beat him and knocked him unconscious for a poor grade on his spelling test, while he was unconscious, an angel spoke to him and said, Put your books under your head, under your pillow, we were going to help you, and, and he did. He would lay his school books under his head at night, and when he would waken up in the morning, he would know everything in the books.

So, when I read this, it kind of sparked this idea in me to kind of play and be curious, and that's something I would encourage everybody here, you know, like anything I can do, you can do better, and like don't get too serious, but like play and be curious. So I noticed, for instance, one time I was reading Lao Tzu, the Tao Te Ching, which was like really a departure for me, the fundamentalist Christian girl reading Lao Tzu, so I was really going rogue. I was reading Lao Tzu, and I was really into it, you know. It was really transforming me, and I was drinking it, you know, like the presence of it, really into it. And a few nights later, my partner says to me, whoa, I see the face of this Asian man with the beard and the whole thing, and I said, huh, wonder if that's Lao Tzu, and a few minutes later I began channeling Lao Tzu, so like for anybody, if you, if you feel a connection or. Are drawn to certain ascended master or an archangel like Michael or Raphael or Judah, you know, I like, I help people channel Judah all the time, as a lot of times if people want to channel and it's their first time ever, I like to help them facilitate channeling Judah first, because I trust Judah, and I have credibility with me, and I know that they're going to be loving and protective of that person and their experience. So it's kind of like, you know, if you send your teenager out on a first date, you want it to be a really nice guy that's very gentle,

So let it, let it be released, let the new come forward. Don't strive with what you're shedding, don't strive with it, but let it go, leave it, leave it on the roadside like a snake leaves behind its dead skin and slithers on its way to the next experience. You won't suffer at all in these transitions, if you simply leave it as it is, release it, don't resist it. There is newness coming. There is newness coming, even this, all of this, all of this that you're speaking of, we want to put it all, all the struggle, all the hardship, all the issues, all the problems. These are all together the pangs of childbirth, and we want you to experience it as this when I say we, I'm speaking for all my brothers and sisters of the Ascended Masters here, and all of the creator gods. Yes, this all that you're experiencing is the pangs of childbirth, and I assure you, we assure you that just as a mother delivers a precious babe in the arms and holds that baby and forgets right away all the pain and struggle that brought this little one to her, you will each and all, and all together be this. What may made me and makes me a little different from a different flavor of variety from many of the other masters is that in my day and time I was very involved with the government of my day, I was quiet. I was fairly hermetical. However, leaders, most of them younger than myself, some older, spent time in my home and in other government halls garnering from my wisdom and I advocated for simple community family focus living in peace and cooperation, and it was very important to me to shape the community, the culture, and the nation of my birth, and you see, when people live in enlightened states, there is a contentment that pervades in the community, the culture, and the country, and this contentment releases the need for law and oppressive governing for those who are content with a simple life, working, loving their family, contributing to their community, living in peace and cooperation with one another need no governing, and so it was very important to me to influence in this way, my mastery was about being centered in the self in contentment, allowing those who want wisdom to come to my presence, and also allowing them to go, allowing others to come and go as they so chose, with no control, no expectation, no outcome demanded. I believe in sovereignty, sovereignty of the people. I believe, given an environment of love, simple living, and wisdom, people will govern themselves from the inside out,

I was coerced into writing the Tao. I made a decision to flee my homeland because of the disquiet and wars and rumors of wars, and I was coerced to write my epithet before crossing the border, so it was brief, but it was desired by my people, this writing, this work, because I had been influencing my culture and its leaders from behind the scenes for many years, and so there was in that time writings such as this were obscure and singular and not easily duplicated, but all of my writings were treasured and they did expand over time and throughout the generations, and now, of course, they are much more widely read and embraced, much to my surprise.

I. I am enjoying watching the revolution of women at this time. Here's what I would like to say for you beautiful ones who embody the sacred femininity. Begin to love, love your femininity, love it, treasure it. There is the infinite worth of creation. You are the creators, mothers, daughters, daughters, you have the seeds, the eggs, the potential of creating new humanity, a new human family, a new way of being in the world. I am amused that there are so much complaining about the patriarchy. I want to say something about that, that may not please you, ladies. It is time for you to stop being the victim of the construct in your minds of the patriarchy. It is only real if you give it your consent. The patriarchy shall not be overturned by unseating male authority figures. Women, you hold the key, and it is not what you think. The key is you must rid yourself of the idea that you need an authority figure to tell you what to do, how to be, how to express yourself, how to move through the world, how to expand your soul. For women, the patriarchy does not exist outside of you in human form of men, in human form of men in power. The patriarchy exists within you. It is a desire that you have to be led, to be sheltered, to be kept safe because you do not trust yourself when you release this idea that you need another to keep you safe to guide you to lead you to tell you what is what, and you simply go deeper within to your own womb and create there the being that you wish to be, the sole expression that you wish to have, your art, your creativity, your femininity, your language, the way you move, the way you hold yourself, the way you nurture, the way you care, you will be free. And I want you to know this, my sisters, you embody the sacred masculine as well, and you have strength of spirit, and you can lead yourself, and you can know, and you can hear, and you can move through the world with authority, but this does not require you taking on traits that aren't innate to your own nature. I am enjoying this revolution of the no kings, but I want to say that this movement must begin here first. Notice where in yourself you are wanting and needing a king, even as I speak through this vessel, there are times some come to her, and they want our dear Judah to tell them to be a king, for them to tell them where to go, what to do, how to do it, when to do it. No more of this, dear ones. You must begin to trust your inner instinct, even though it was trained out of you, sometimes beaten out of you. It is time now to begin to trust. Just in yourself and women, you will not come into your sovereignty and your queenly ascended authority by separating yourself from your brothers, fathers, uncles, and sons. There is much pseudo wisdom in your culture. Yes, words and ideas being rehashed and reformed and repackaged what is needed in this time are the simple grounded wisdom teachings that work. What differentiates truth from wisdom is that wisdom works in the most practical sense in your lived reality and experience, so I would say that new teachings may or may not be helpful or relevant. You must have the wisdom to find the teachers who embody a wisdom that works, meaning you can try on their words, which may be few, and they will change your lived experience for far too many of you live lives of emotional and mental threat stress and challenge, and in my mind this is unnecessary. unnecessary simplicity, stillness, contentment, kindness. There is a false, false light wisdom teaching that more, more, more, more, more, more, more produces, or will has the potential to produce more happiness or more elevated states of consciousness, but I disagree. I would encourage all listening to simply apply the beautiful wisdom which has already come your way, if you will apply the wisdom which has been given to you, and be a good steward of that. You shall receive the next bit of wisdom that is needed

He was, he was as kind, he's just Christ-like, so he was very kind, but he fought, he fought back against the rulers of the day, the leader, the religious leaders of the day, he called out people, flipped over a table.

But there were he was still my friend all the way through, and when I went through my awakening, it was a really painful process for me to kind of sort out the baby from the bathwater, because I wanted to throw out the Christianity, because a lot of it, not all of it, a lot of it was beautiful, but a lot of it wasn't working for me anymore, but I, and I had a hard time figuring out how to keep my relationship with Jesus, and I questioned, you know, how much of it was real, had been real, and how much it was in my imagination. So channeling Jesus has really helped me a lot, and I heard somebody say recently that Jesus was the one and only Christian ever right? Like, there's only one.

My question to you is, what is the biggest misunderstanding of your teachings that humanity has gotten wrong?

Well, at this point, I would be more satisfied if the scriptures were perhaps set aside altogether, there are a few remnants of bits of gold, a few things that made it through the centuries, and the describing the translations, the rewritings, the being passed along scroll to scroll, and so on, but they're they're very much a dim, dim, dim dim ember of my teaching, a very small representation of who and what I was, and what I wish to communicate to the world. In fact, the the most important things that I had to say, I said to those who were the closest to me, because. Because it was never my aim to be famous or have throngs of crowds and so on, it wasn't my intention, I was setting about having my own spiritual journey, that is all, having my own connection with Source, which I called Father God, because in my time, in my day and time, Father was the supreme Abba, was the supreme concept of loving authority. Yes, and this is why I use that term. Were I to be a part of this culture, I would not have chosen that word, I would say, but I was more about resolving the unfinished business of many lifetimes that I spent here on earth and reclaiming my fully enlightened sovereign illuminated state with my divinity with my monad, my expression of the all, and this was my focus. I was much more introverted and inner focused than people realize, and the things that mattered most to me, I shared with those closest to me, and most of those things never made it onto the pages of scripture, and so I love what you are doing here. What I want to say about what you're doing right now in this moment is that I am an aspect of consciousness. Everything that I am resides in consciousness, along with all the beautiful brothers and sisters that you have brought forward here, they are my brothers and sisters as well, and it is my preference that you get to know me or any of them in this type of intimate connected way by yielding your vessel as this vessel's yielding her vessel into a time of communion, listening, imbibing, drinking in our presence, who we are, what we have to offer, and we are you, you are us. We are here in this communion state. It is much like your physical intimacy when you are in love, and you give yourself soul to soul, mind to mind, body to body with one another, and you melt and disappear into one another, and there are those, those exquisite, blissful, orgasmic moments in which you are one, and this is what this vessel is experiencing in this moment, and this is what we wish for each of you. There are even here some friends of mine who were raised in the Jewish culture, as I was, and you're, you're in a cage of rules and regulations and scripture that is really not relevant for you anymore. It was written in a time that was relevant for that time and those people, but you're trying to force yourself to live in a wisdom that no longer fits you. It's like forcing your foot into a shoe that is much too small for you, and so I would prefer that you sit with me or any one of these beautiful masters that you feel connected to and travel deep within yourself and into consciousness, and it will help you to do this if you don't think of us as something outside or separate, then you instead think of us as a part of you. You are part of consciousness. We are, we are all, we are facets. I am just one facet of the extraordinary, indescribable being that he is the all, as the beloved Krishna taught us and me, when He revealed Himself to Arjuna, He said He saw billions of eyes, billions of ears, billions of arms, billions of legs. My brother Ezekiel and John also saw these visions. What are these billions of eyes and arms? And they are you, dear one. It is all of us together. I never intended. For my experience, my lifetime here to receive so much attention, it was only my intention to serve to ignite those of my time, so so come and sit with me or any other of these beautiful ascending masters, let us reveal ourself to you without the pages of scripture and test what we say to you, as Confucius said to you moments ago. If what we say to you is relevant, if it is true eternal wisdom, it will, will not, and cannot be extinguished. It will remain no matter what you experience, and it will actually work in the real context of your life.

Write live be your own sacred text Krishna said it this way in the Gita. Why would you dig a well if you live beside a stream of fresh clear water? Why would you read scripture when you can be and live the scripture? Scripture is an attempt to hold on to memory, and memory may have value and worth as guidance, but memory is not the now. Memory is of an older learning, and if you hold on to the older learning of your memory, you cannot learn something new now. You cannot experience something new and different.

I don't mean that you are without flaw or failing. This is a misconception you have about what it means to be a master, an enlightened one, a god-like one, a god in form. You believe that that means you are perfect, you never do anything wrong, you have no moral failings, and so on. I see you as you are in your perfection, the dark, the light, the good, the bad, the warrior, the monk, the saint, the sinner, all of it is God moving through life in a human form to experience the wonders of existence, and so I would encourage you. What is the teaching for this time? See God in each person you encounter. When you see the homeless man on the corner holding his sign, look in his eyes, look in his eyes, and you will see me. You will see God. You will see a master. Look in the eyes of your children, your neighbors, your enemies, your lovers, your leaders, your servants. Look in their eyes. You are looking at God. Everyone is reflecting to you one of these billion arms and eyes that I spoke of, and it takes all of you together to embody the destiny that is intended for the human race, everyone, each one, each soul, each pair of eyes, each pair of hands, each pair of feet, every hair on your head, every hair on every head is a part and of the divine of the Krishna of the Christ of the all, disregard no one, disregard no thing, every one, every thing has its place, and everyone and everything is in its place, and all of it is working together in a fantastic display of brilliance.

You are never less than it's a very subtle but imprinted belief in the unconscious of most women and young women that somehow to be a woman is to be inferior in some way, they may not give mental assent to this, but on some level their experience has imprinted them with this thought, and for women it can be challenging. A woman may have to work much harder in order to stand on equal ground with her male counterparts. but this is a fight that I would encourage women not to fight for, I do not, and the masters do not want you to take on male traits or characteristics in order to survive and thrive in the current environment. No, rather we would simply want you to be more and more true to yourself, not compromising yourself, not allowing yourself to be shaped by others' expectations, not allowing yourself to be intimidated. Many women fear being called ugly names. Seems if they exercise authority or speak their mind or operate in sovereignty, they fear being seen as domineering or controlling. Yes, but we wish you, all of you, dear women and daughters, and little little ones, to instead be true to yourself. Do not allow anyone to erase you. Speak your truth. You see, there is reason why there were not so many female ascended masters. Well, we will say there were many more than you are aware of, because they were silenced in the pages and the handing down of history. But there is a herstory coming? Yes, and many women did not come into their fully ascended state because they were silenced, and the energy of ascension must pass through the throat chakra to reach the third eye and the crown, and so ladies and little girls, speak your truth, speak your truth, and do not be afraid of the reprisal, and also there will be there is nuance there, for there is a time to speak your truth, and there is also a time to be silent and release yourself from the need to justify, defend, or explain your existence or your point of view, and if you choose the louder, if you choose to remain silent in a particular context, remain strong in your inner being. So like the core tenets and and teachings that Judah is always giving to me are to help people go from where they are at their current level of consciousness all the way up to being a fully self-realized enlightened person, and I like to not think of enlightenment as like an end point, an end game. Right, it's not like a happening, generally it's a process that we live in our lives, and so Judah has shown me that the chakras represent this path from where we are to enlightenment, and so the root chakra, the job for us in the root chakra is to begin to feel safe, right. So, sometimes folks come to us, and you know, they want a channel, they want all the goodies, the out-of-body experiences, and all that kind of stuff. And I always say, and Judah says, "Yes, that's for you, but let's, if you're not feeling safe, if you don't have a roof over your head, if you're not sure where your next meal is coming from, you know, let's start at the root chakra, and let's create a structure of safety for you, and eliminate any aspects of your experience that are causing you to feel unsafe, or actually be unsafe, so you know, in this root chakra, the negative emotions look like sadness, grief, fear, despair, and we feel stuck, we feel like life is doing stuff to us, and we feel like a victim, and sometimes we are actually a real, true victim, and but then as we move up in consciousness, you know. Part of the work is to drop the victim mentality, as we do become safe, as we do stabilize our lives, to kind of drop the mentality that we had in this lower area. So, the mantra here is, I am safe. So, I just want to help. Let's just treat this right now with Judah. Maybe just lay your hand really low on on that lower area of your root chakra or on your tailbone, if you can, and I want you to just close your eyes and drop into your heart space, and I just want to treat this for you. So, Judah, I ask you to tag and treat every experience this precious soul has ever had of not being safe, of not having enough love, money, stability, security, any traumas, any sexual abuse. Ask you to tag and treat all of those experiences in every realm of time and space, past, present, parallel, and future realities, and clear that permanently, eternally, and close the door on any more experiences of a lack of safety, then the the next one, the sacral, which is kind of like right below your belly button, represents like our need to be nourished by life, that's you know where our bellies are, and by the way, if you have diseases in these areas, like let's say UTIs or prostate issues, that indicates to you that you've had some sort of injury in the root chakra at some point in your life, and you can clear that just by doing that inner work, and like we just did, and same is true, like if you have, there was a woman I was working with who had a thyroid problem, and she was slated for surgery, and and we just asked Juda to treat that, and I encouraged her to start speaking her truth, and I want you to know that that cyst completely dissolved and went away, and she didn't have to have the surgery just by making that shift of speaking her truth, so going back to the orange ray, the sacral, the task there is to feel nourished, that means that that our creativity is nourished, our ideas are respected and valued and nourished, we, we have ways to express ourselves that are nourishing, we have people and food and environments that nourish us, right. So that's the next thing we need to do in our journey of enlightenment, is heal this place. So let's just treat that right. So you can just lay your hand on that lower part of your belly, and I just want you to notice any place in your life where you don't or haven't felt nourished, and this is where we can have like eating disorders, IBS. IBS, colon problems, anything like that, problems with our womb, our uterus, cyst in the uterus, all of those type things, uterine cancer. This comes from not feeling nourished, usually in that zero to seven range, right? Okay, so let's just treat that Judah and superconscious and all these beloved ascended masters. I ask that you would touch this precious one in their sacral chakra. Ask that you would find each and every wound to this area, no matter what lifetime it was in. Ask you to tag it, so it's not lost in the melu of their, their Akashic records, that, and that you would continue to treat this over and over and over until this experience of not being supported and nourished is cleared permanently, eternally from the story of their soul, and do a massive change history. On all of that, and any negative traumas or experiences, we show this precious one all the positive self-empowering aspects that have come from that, and reinforce all that. Yeah, good. And then the solar plexus, which is here, right around your navel, the task here, as we elevate into this level of consciousness is to take back our power, and most of you that have come to next level soul in an interview like this, a lot of you, when you find Alex and all these beautiful souls that come here, are in this yellow range of your process, so red, a lot of times, is characterized by sadness. The sacral is characterized by fear, anxiety, stress. The yellow sometimes can be characterized by pride or anger. And so, maybe, if you're like me, when you come into an awakening, you may feel angry at the at. I don't know, the system, the religion, the politic, political systems, your culture, your parents, your teachers, and so we want to release that. Right, it's an energy, and we can just let it go. We can just let it move out of our body, and we can use the energy of the anger to move us up into the heart. Right, so the task of the Yellow Ray is to know that you're guided, you're guided. And I found a lot of times people say to me, I don't think I can channel, I feel blocked, and, or, or I talked to Judah, and I just don't get any response, and a lot of times we will project onto our unseen helpers the pain that we had from our parents or our teachers, where we weren't guided, you know, maybe we asked the teacher a question and she kind of ignored our hand waving in the air, or we needed mom to help us with homework, but she had to work a second job, right? So we didn't have guidance, right? We weren't guided, and so we'll tend to, when we come into spiritual awakening, we'll project that onto angels and ascended masters and our gurus and spiritual teachers. We'll, we feel like they're not there for us, and we're not being guided, but you can guide yourself and your own inner being. That's what all these masters were saying today, right? So, let's just treat that. So, lay your hand on your solar plexus, and I just want you to hold in mind the feeling that feels like maybe you even have a memory of not being guided, there was the people that were supposed to be there to guide you, just weren't physically or emotionally, mentally present, and let's treat that, Judah, super conscious, all beautiful ascended masters here ask you to see this precious one, and all their memories and experiences of not being guided, and the anger that they feel from giving up their power to people, places, things, and ideas, selling off parts of themselves to be something other than who they are. I see to find all of those memories and treat them safely and slowly, and with respect, all of the ego parts and defenses that they created to survive their experiences, treat all of that and do a massive change history in every realm of time and space. So then the heart center, which is what we were teaching in depth, all of this in the Living a Law course, which I'm so excited about. The heart, right? We tend to think of the heart as love, but actually we don't experience enlightened love until we get into throat chakra. This is interesting, but the task of the heart chakra is to feel valued, right, to know that you're valued, and I like the word value over love, because love, that word, can kind of get worn out, right? So maybe you've had that experience where you really haven't been valued in a lot of contexts, and so to move up the scale towards our more enlightening state, we have to value ourself, you know. There's a time I was going through a really hard time in my romantic partnership, is very, very difficult, but I knew enough to know at that point that leaving wasn't the right thing for me in that moment, and I went and bought myself a dozen red roses and put them on my bed stand, because I knew what the lesson was that I needed to learn. I did not feel loved, I did not feel valued. And I knew that I needed to value myself, right. Okay, so let's lay your hand on our heart, and Judah, and super conscious, and all you beautiful ascended masters. I ask you to touch the heart chakra of everyone watching right now. I ask that you would tag and treat every single memory they've ever had of not being valued, not being heard or seen, not being given the time, energy, and attention that they deserve. Treat all of this in all realms of time and space, the feelings of unworthiness of love, and the lack of love, and let the love now begin flowing through the heart chakra, through allowing and a releasing of all the hurt to a massive change history and everything after that. Now then, the throat chakra one, and this is interesting. What I've learned through my experience is that if you'd like to channel, if it seems like it's something you would want to do, you can do it when you're in the throat chakra area of your journey. It's just a given. It's not like there are some people in the world that can channel and some can't. Everybody can do it when they reach this level of consciousness, so the throat chakra is about being heard, it's about speaking our truth, and you know when we, when we do that, having gotten centered in our heart and stable there, then when we speak our truth, we speak it with love, and it's powerful, just like all these ascended masters did today, they spoke truth to us, and sometimes it was a little hard to hear, but it was all came forward with love. So, the task of the throat chakra is to be heard, and sometimes you're in context where you're really not heard, you're not valued, you're not heard, but you can learn to hear yourself, you can listen to yourself, and you can get aligned with your own inner voice. So, let's treat the throat chakra. So, maybe just gently lay your hands on your throat, and just notice any, any thought or feeling or belief you have, like no one listens to me, or no one values what I have to say, or what I have to say is not important. Notice the beliefs, and you might see a memory pop up as well, and just feel what it feels like to be a person that has not been heard, that hasn't gotten to speak their truth, and we're going to clear all of that from your larger field of consciousness, from your Akashic record, due to please tag and treat this precious one's throat chakra, and every experience they've ever had of not being able to or willing to speak their truth and to be heard and replace any negative beliefs they have about speaking up with positive self-empowered beliefs like I am clear about my truth and when I speak, what I say is valued, and Judah, I ask that you would enable the wisdom to begin to flow out of this precious one, the unique body of wisdom that they inhabit, that's unique to them, that's very enlightened, let it begin to flow good, and then there's the third eye, and the third eye is about knowing, and it manifests in all sorts of ways. It's just like a gut feeling. I just know this about a situation or person. Your wife's got a lot of that going on. I love it. Sometimes it's smelling like you told that cool story about smelling eucalyptus, smelling oranges, smelling roses. Sometimes you might hear, occasionally I've gotten to actually hear angels singing. It's an extraordinary experience. I hear them above me, around me, behind me, underneath me, in my body. Sounds like millions of voices, but most of the time, guys, it's just gentle, it's just so gentle, it's just like a little thought, it's just an elevated thought,

So, when our crown chakra is open, we have access to all of that, and it's transforms our lives

They don't know what you're doing, and when you have, let's say, a child that's addicted, or there's chronic illness, there's cancer, there's, you know, there are just things that happen that are really challenging our ability to love, and it's easy to love when people love you back, but what do you, how do you love when things are really tough, right? And what does love actually look like, right? It doesn't look like the Disney princess stories and all the imprints of rom-coms and media and all that. What is it really? And then practically, how do you reach, as we saw here, what we were just doing, love is actually a level of consciousness that starts when you hit that throat chakra, so how do you move yourself out of sadness, fear, anger, and being feeling undervalued? How do you move yourself into that space of unconditional love, and actually like live there sustainably? That becomes your new normal. Find your stillness as has been so eloquently defined for each and all here through my cohort of brothers and sisters here, yes, there is ancient wisdom, which brought into the now will bring the whole of humanity into enlightened living, and so I really have nothing new to add, but only to say, do as you have done, my son, find your yogi, drink of the presence of. Your yogi master, drink it like water, drink it like wine, drink it until it saturates your being.
